Let's start critiquing!
Technique-ZOMGASDFGHJKL your drawing is beautiful and perfect as always, but only a minor deduction for his hands which are kinda weird looking (maybe that's just me) but other then that perfect, it looks exactly right, and I love how cute the dragon is :3
Vision-LOVE the green color scheme, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and the colors blend very nicely. The backround is amazing. No deductions.
Originality-I love how he is sitting on another version of himself, that is original, but it could have used something... more. Like, maybe a puff of green flame or something like that.
Impact-Overall, when you look at it, it is amazing. 5 impact stars for coming together nicely and having quite a bit of impact. (The sitting on him self dosen't hurt, niether do the ears and horns)
